This is a one half of a twin bungalow project. An imposing double height living room is surrounded by the rest of the residential block. The entire ambience is a derivative of modern materials and color palates. At certain places, features like pillars, capitals and motifs have been intermingled to create an interesting combination. Also murals in Siporex on neutral perspective themes have been use as a transition point between modern and traditional.

The bedrooms are on a straight, modern theme and some led lighting effects are used at places with variable color changing options to create differing moods. Use of interesting flooring patterns in the huge lobbies highlight the otherwise spaced out furniture. Outdoor party areas are covered in tensile frames and flex to ad a touch of modernity to the landscape features.
