This office is for prominent Mumbai builders, and is a bungalow converted to multi-tiered office. The In-house Design Department & the Cafeteria has a slightly colorful ambience to support the creative environment of the designing department and leisurely feeling of the cafeteria. The ground floor and the first floor is based on the wenge / glass theme with stark white flooring. The main chambers on the second floor have an all white and glass ambiance, whilst using a rich white satuario marble for the flooring.
The exterior façade is redesigned using a contemporary composite panel treatment and minimalistic style on compound wall and gates. Special effect lighting at night on the external façade adds to aesthetical appeal of the office building.
