Manufacturers seldom sell their cabinets with knobs or pulls, although some offer a selection you may purchase. Once you choose your cabinets, you'll want to select knobs or pulls to complete your look. New knobs are also a great way to make over old cabinets without replacing or repainting them.

The possibilities are endless; you can create a beach theme for a summer cottage by replacing your bathroom cabinet hardware with shell and starfish knobs, or complement a traditional kitchen with chrome or brass bin pulls on the drawers and simple matching knobs on the doors.
