Admin Head

Primary Responsibilities:

Handling Day To Day Office Management activities, Internal and External communications, Written Correspondence in word and Excel spreadsheets, Daily mails sending and screening for internal mails, Preparation of Bills and cheques, Bank payments, Monitoring office muster and keeping track of leaves of office staff / late coming / OT logging procedures / lunch time, Generating Salary statements every month, Maintaining office files, Implementation of office rules and Cleanliness etc, Monitoring the purchase of Pantry and Stationary, Co-ordination with the Site people for office matters, Tickets bookings and Web Check in, Overlooking the comfort of the visitors, Couriers inbound and outbound, Making presentations and attending Office meetings, Maintenance of office equipment and monitoring AMCs, Insurances, Due dates for any bill payments and other recurring activity, Staff Notices and Leave applications, Daily Weekly and Monthly planners, Checking Web Rankings and email Ids, Software requirements and purchase, Getting information of any innovations in office management techniques, Daily reporting of POAs and targets completion of short term and long term activities, Sending Greetings on occasions and maintaining the office database, Negotiating the best deals for the office requirements, Putting advertisements n newspaper and Web portals, Catalogue listing and Filing, Important Reminders, New clients follow up, Screening of Resumes for lining up on Interviews, Preparation of Proposals and Appointment letter drafts, Train the Peons on office systems and get reporting from them, Handle and Report any problems in the office during the Boss’s absence, Conducting short staff meetings and preparing the agendas and minutes of the same with input from various departments.

Job Description:

    • The candidates are required to implement all the activities mentioned from the office within the stipulated targets and frequency. The Daily, weekly and the Long-term targets must be generated independently with help of information from the various departments and seniors on a continuous basis to be a self-planned supportive system.
    • The day should ideally start with preparing the POA for the day, which will be further discussed, and fine tuned in the huddle with the representatives of the various departments. The activities should be continuously tackled during the day along with the new situation that may develop during the day and the important items to be added to the POA for the day or future time as per the nature of the situation.
    • Outdoor activities to be deputed to the support staff in a well managed manner. In worst case to get it done himself or herself.

Educational Qualification:

    • Should be a B Com Graduate with any other fine skills certificates.

Work Experience:

    • Around 3 to 4 years of experience in an organization with an employee strength of 10-30 people.

Associates

Primary Responsibilities:

Independently Handle the entire projects handed over to him/her. Project marketing and attending new enquiries. Identify and analyze the client’s needs and goals; Assist in design and budget development; Work hand in hand with the design team for all the drawings to be made for the project; Checking and signing off all the GFC drawings; Assessing the project resources and limitations; Develop project schedules and final budgets; Identify proper Vendors, suppliers and Contractors; Coordinate with consultants and other specialists; Overall project management with a proper team as and where required; Coordinating with all Contractors and Vendors on a day to day basis for timelines and workmanship; Overall accounts management of the project; Day to day coordination up to completion of the snag list and handing over the project; Post hand over, backup and service to the client.

Educational Qualification:

    • Graduate with preferably B. Arch, Post graduation is required.

3D Visualizers

Primary Responsibilities:

    • Make high quality 3D Drawings in 3Dmax and Vray based on the requirements of the clients and the project and as per the proper briefs.
    • Making conceptual PPT presentation with downloads from internet.
    • Keeping track of all the Drawing.
    • Minutes of all project meeting & documentation required.
    • Coordination with design team & Project Heads/Associates.

Required Skills:

    • Idea of the current trends in Design.
    • Technical knowledge of various supporting soft wares available in the domain to produce high quality outputs.
    • AutoCAD drawings and knowledge of Design detail.
    • Speed in Drawings and Decisions.
    • Presentation preparation.
    • Communication with client and office team.
    • Knowledge of all the material in the market.

Job Description:

    • Daily coordination with the office design team, project heads.
    • Mailing, WhatsApp communication and keeping Track of drawing.
    • Keeping track of all data and Drawing files systematically in well-organized folders.

Design and Business Head

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintaining and Continuous upgradation of Design output from office; Researching new concept and new materials; Making power point presentation for any new enquiry and design presentations; Guidance to staff in terms of planning, designing, technical details etc; Attending clients meeting and understanding the concept and explaining designs to the client; Making design presentations to the clients; Being updated about each and every ongoing project progress and bottle necks; identifying design issues and bottle necks and coming up with solution for the same; Material short listing for certain projects; Coming up with innovative design concepts and detailing for the project; Conducting weekly meeting and huddle meeting and planning the projects on priority; Conducting meeting with vendors for new materials in market; Staff recruitments; Staff up gradation; Staff motivation; Staff review and appraisals; Monthly performance rating for staff; Keeping track of targets achieved; Conducting staff meeting with chief architects, Improvement in quality of drawings etc.

Executive Assistant to Chairman

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist the Chief Architect in his/her day-to-day routine in areas such as his Personal Admin Assistance, Concept Hunting, Presentations, Personal mails, Written communication, Calendar, Vendor Management, Digital Media Posting, Content Writing for Magazines and Blogs, Events, Inter-departmental coordination and any other task assigned by the Chairman from time to time

Job Description:

Senior Interior Designers

Primary Responsibilities:
